Register test kits and report results for your organisation.

Use this service to register coronavirus (COVID-19) tests for your organisation.

Make sure people getting tested have freely given you consent to report their test results. By submitting the results information in the link below, you confirm that you are authorised to register each person on behalf of the organisation.

What you’ll need

You will need:

  • the updated spreadsheet (if you don’t have this, you can download it)
  • the barcode for each test

Save the spreadsheet using your organisation’s unique organisation number (UON) in the title for identification purposes when it is received by UKHSA.
